Jon and I recently watched the documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi and since then, I’ve been reminiscing about our morning excursion to Tsukiji Market back in March. Early in the morning, it’s bustling with seafood vendors showcasing their freshest catches of the day, and of course, the largest tuna auction that can run you up to $736,000 a pop.
